Our schools are open for private classes, practice & training the following hours:

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are available anytime during studio hours by appointment.  All of our programs and training packages include some private instruction.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Every one of our courses include some 1-on-1 private lessons (or family privates) for you, or your entire family, for the duration of your training at no extra cost for each and every student—plus unlimited group workouts in all of our self-defense, cardio kickboxing, MMA (mixed-martial arts) or children's classes for you or your entire family.  Unlike at most other studios, we DO NOT base our rates on how many members of your family train, or how many groups you attend, or what types of group classes you'd like to attend, or what level of experience or instruction (belt level) your are.

- Private Lesson Cancellation Policy -

The studio requires at least TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS advance notice for cancellations of your private lessons for you to be allowed to reschedule for those lessons.

Cancellation of your appointments in no way relieves you of your weekly, monthly, or other payment obligations.  You are still charged for that lesson.

This TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOUR notice will allow you to reschedule your lesson and give the studio time to notify that instructor and place another student in that time spot.

Without this TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOUR prior notice you will be charged for that lesson without being allowed to make that lesson up at a later date.  Make-up lessons must be scheduled to occur within 30 days or the lesson is lost.

We realize there will be emergency situations where it is impossible to give this advance notice ... please contact your Head Instructor immediately when this happens so you will not lose that lesson.

"If a cancellation you must make, please give your teacher and school a break.  Just pick up the phone and give us a ring, 24 hours in advance will be the right thing.  If this little favor you neglect to do, the lesson you miss will still be charged to you."

GROUP CLASSES

All students are allowed 6 days a week of unlimited group lessons for the entire family at any of our four studios and access to train anytime during our studio hours at no additional costs.  Group classes are available on a "drop-in" basis at any of our schools.  No appointment is required for group class participation.

All group classes are 30 min intervals except Shootfighting/MMA.
