STUDIO HOURS Share Our schools are open for private classes, practice or training the following hours:
Monday-Friday	10 AM - 9 PM
Saturdays	9 AM - 3 PM
PRIVATE LESSONS are available anytime by appointment and all of our programs and training packages include private instruction. IMPORTANT NOTE: Every one of our courses include 1-on-1 private lessons (or family privates) for you or your entire family for the duration of your training at no extra cost for each and every student—plus unlimited group workouts in all of our self-defense, cardio kickboxing, MMA (mixed-martial arts) or children's classes for you or your entire family. Unlike most other studios, we DO NOT base our rates on how many members of your family train, or how many groups you attend, or what types of group classes you'd like to attend, or what level of instruction (belt level) your are.

GROUP CLASSES

All students are allowed 6 days a week of unlimited group lessons for the entire family at any of our four studios and access to train anytime during our studio hours at no additional costs. Group classes are available on a "drop-in" basis at any of our schools. No appointment is required for group class participation.
